Hotfix for News/Recent Seminars/Recent Publications cronjob

To be done yearly, at the beginning of the new year.

1. Go to /usr/local/sbin/p3h_crawler.py on vserverhost4.
2. Go under the line “”“PUBLICATIONS”“” and change p3h.particle.kit.edu/publications/preprints[OLD YEAR] to p3h.particle.kit.edu/publications/preprints[CURRENT YEAR].
